We have worked with this company for almost 6 years and due to growth, we have recently become a PLC and have moved to larger and more prestigious offices. The IT Men Ltd were instrumental in our latest move and actually came to look at the new premises. Upon inspection it was apparent that the new offices did not have sufficient networking points. To have new ones installed would have been a very big expense, and would have taken a few days to facilitate, but The IT Men Ltd came up with a cost effective and quick solution. They sent us a switch and a step by step guide on installation and within one and a half days we were up and running.
A very large amount of our work is carried out by e-mail and when we relocated into our new offices, there were some initial problems which, again were sorted by The IT Men so that we could all work quickly.
We also operate from multiple locations and need to link into the office by remote connection. The IT Men ensure we can always do this – even when we work from France! One of our Directors went to work there and was told that the necessary equipment would be available. This was not the case. The IT Men sent a router to France which arrived on the next working day. It had already been pre-configured by The IT Men and it was just a case of plugging it in and we were working within minutes!

I was passed the details for The IT Men from a business Colleague in July 2004 as I was having several problems with my IT system. I had seen a few other IT Companies who could not resolve my issues , then Richard from The IT Men came to take a look. One problem was that I lost connection to the Internet when someone sent me a fax. Within a couple of minutes Richard moved the micro filter, and he assured me I would be able to receive faxes and keep my Internet connection at the same time.
I logged onto the Internet and phoned someone to send me a fax. The fax arrived successfully and I was still connected to the Internet. Success! No other IT Company could sort this out. I asked if he did a support contract, which he did. He sent me details a couple of days later and I signed up instantly.
Since then, I have had a lot of new hardware, including a server, which has made our IT system a lot more efficient.
