Most PC’s, printers and servers come with a standard 1 year Manufacturers Warranty, where you have to return the faulty goods to them. The equipment seems to work OK until just over the warranty period! Sounds familiar?

We can offer 3 different IT Support Packages to suit your individual needs and budgets:

Bronze - a given number of telephone support calls and site visits to be used as and when you require it for your current hardware and software. 1 Preventative Maintenance* Visit per annum.
This will be an agreed monthly payment depending on the number of hardware devices that you choose to cover, including PCs, Laptops, Printers, Servers, Routers.


SILVER - a given number of telephone support calls and STRUCTURED site visits, e.g a certain amount of hours per month. Recommended for systems using a server. 1 Preventative Maintenance Visit per annum.
This will be an agreed monthly payment depending on the number of hardware devices that you choose to cover, including PCs, Laptops, Printers, Servers, Routers.


Gold - a given number of telephone support calls and STRUCTURED visits. This would also include us liaising with your Internet Service Provider (ISP's) and Anti-Virus Providers, freeing up more of your time should any problems arise. To be able to do this we would require user names and passwords for these. The Gold package would also entitle you to 1 Preventative Maintenance Visit per annum, 2 BUSINESS GROWTH discussions and supporting technical documentation for your system.  We will also install software on your system to monitor its status daily, ensuring that everything is working effectively everyday.
This will be an agreed monthly payment depending on the number of hardware devices that you choose to cover, including PCs, Laptops, Printers, Servers, Routers.


Before any agreement commences, it is vital that we come to see you free of charge for up to one hour,  to assess your system. We will discuss your current IT equipment and what issues you may be currently experiencing, and we will also ask about your future requirments.

* Preventative Maintenance - we will literally clean out your PC's and Printers to ensure that your equipment is running effectively. Dust accumulation can slow down a PC and may even shut it down completley.
