Most PC's, printers and servers come with a standard 1 year Manufacturers Warranty, where you have to return the faulty goods to them. The equipment seems to work OK until just over the warranty period! Sounds familiar?

We can offer a IT Support Packages to suit your individual needs and budgets: 

Maintenance/Support Packages: We can  tailor support for your company depending on your needs. We can set up an agreed number of telephone support calls and STRUCTURED VISITS per annum. We will also include 1 Preventative Maintenance Visit per annum. This entails checking that your PC is free of dust, your Anti-Virus is current and working correctly, you have sufficent disk space for your data and that your back-up is running. Packages are taken out for the duration of 1 year but have a break clause of 90 days.We can  tailor support for your company depending on your needs. We can set up an agreed number of telephone support calls and STRUCTURED VISITS

Prior to taking out any maintenance support with us we will come and do a 1 hour assessment of your IT system FREE OF CHARGE. At this meeting we will discuss how your business runs on a day to day basis and how you will be taking it forward in the next 1-3 years. This is so we can understand your business and provide the support you need.  

Remote Management Support:  This package is a cost effective way for us to fix your problems without coming to your premises. Initially we will install some software onto the Pc's or Laptops you want supporting, which emails us constantly on a daily basis to report any faults on your system. We will monitor this from our office to fix the problem for you. This will reduce your 'down time' and identifies problems even before you know that you have them.
