PC's - we can recommend the best PC for you, looking at the specifications to suit. Laptops - Again, we can supply a range of these to suit all business needs and budgets. TFT Monitors - Flat (TFT) monitors are widely used now, replacing the old bulky CRT Monitors. These are more pleasing to the eye, create more desk space and are more environmentally friendly. They are available in a variety of screen sizes. Most people prefer to use 17” and 19” monitors but we can also source 15" or larger screens if required. |

Servers - We would recommend that any office with 5 or more PC’s have a server to manage and store your data more efficiently and to safeguard it by running your back up and Anti-virus package. We would recommend a server which suits your business requirements. If you have a large number of employees and therefore have alot of data stored on your server, it may be beneficial to have a separate device to handle your emails. This is called Network Attached Storage (NAS). Servers can be in the form of a tower or can stored in a cabinet.
Multi function Printers - The list is endless! It depends if you need a cheap and cheerful inkjet printer, or a top of the range colour printer, which is ideal for a whole office and is capable of producing marketing material to an exceptionally high quality. Multi- functioning printers can print, scan, fax and copy. Costs vary with the specification, but we can source them for you.
Routers - We can provide you with a basic router to enable connectivity to the internet, or, if you need to be able to work from another location, a more sophisticated router will be required. Most routers will include a firewall to help protect your system from being hacked. We can discuss with you the reason why you need a router to ascertain the best solution for you.
Hubs Switches & Firewalls - Depending on how your network is set up, we can provide these for you. We can also supply Cat5e and Cat 6 or fibre optic cabling.
Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) - We can supply you with a UPS to have connected to your Server. These can act as 'battery back-up' should you experience a power failure, therefore preventing the risk of data loss.
